At SutaSapta, each Sambalpuri handwoven handkerchief is a work of art - woven by master artisans and beautifully packed in a premium gift box. We want you and your loved ones to cherish these gifts. Still, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’ve kept our policies simple and fair.
🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped.

or WhatsApp us at +91-8984550750 with your order number.
Eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
đź“Ą Returns & Refunds
Since our handkerchiefs are personal-use fabric items, returns are allowed only in cases of wrong or defective products.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product + packaging.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 7-10 working days.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for wrong product delivered or manufacturing defects.
Due to hygiene and gifting standards, used or opened handkerchief sets cannot be exchanged.
If the requested replacement design is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or an alternative of equal value.
đźš« Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and fairness, the following items cannot be returned/exchanged:
Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Customized or bulk gift orders made on request.
Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions.
đź’” Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We take utmost care in packing, but if your gift box arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Share photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost - or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
đźšš Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If it’s due to an error on our side (wrong/damaged product), SutaSapta covers all shipping costs.
